Pathetic service

Lenmed Kimberley is a disgrace of hospital. What a shame of qualified Nurses nd Doctors. Rushed my 3y/o there Saturday evening rwnd past 7. She fell and injured her wrist...when i got to the reception,found 2 guys by the desk...they told me the nurses will hv to check the child 1st so they can know if its emergency or not/ which color sticker shud the condition be...the nurse called me with the child for vitals...she asked me when dd the incident happen,i said at 6...the other Doctor came in the room...and she explains the situation to him,and ask him what sticker shud she put, bcz if she put yellow the Doctor wont see her...then the Doctor just touched the child's wrist and say it looks like its just a swell, he was on a phone call at that time, and he left the room from there..

Then this nurse asks me to put the child on the scale,the child kept crying as she cud not hang the arm...the other second nurse came ....and say the 1st nurse shud put a yellow sticker bcz its just a swell. "If she can put her arm like that,it means it's not serious " and they sent me home, with a child like that....saying the doctor wont see her bcz she's on a yellow sticker its nt that serious...

As a mother i was worried and cud see that the wrist looks looks bad in terms of shape...then i decided to go to the other hospital straight from Lenmed, when i got there, the child's wrist was put on X-ray nd only to find out its broken...the child has a cast on as we speak, Lenmed is pathetic...so disappointed. A whole nurses and a whole doctor.
