Pathetic ****** in Lenmed Lenasia

I was at the hospital yesterday in Lenmed Lenasia.I got there at 20h10 but I got assisted 00h05.My father was having complications.I rushed him there driving like a maniac only to be assisted 4hours later.What happened to the Service that you guys had back then.My father has been using lenmed for as long as I can remember and all his 5 boys where part of those patients but in his old days your stuff treats him like a trash.The was a Indian lady that got there just before 22h00 she was assisted since I was told she had a knee fracture but I feel theirs lot ****** going on there.My believe is that 1st come 1st served according to my understanding. This guy Thomas Tshabalala was the one in charge with consultation and the told me straight to my face that according to the colors that he showed me on the front counter that my emergency is not severe as it according to your guys colors that he showed me.How can they say it was not while my father was urinating blood and he couldn't hold it?Only to find out he had a kidney infection. What it it became a kidney failure due to that he was attended to 4hours later.Your service is pathetic and so is the ****** that Indians get 1st preference a 1992 young girl is serviced before the 1948 person because of the skin color. You should rather write Indian only at the gate so that we can not bother your hospital if you feel like Lenasia is in India. I have never gotten such pathetic service in my life.People die due to such negligence
