Pathetic disgusting immature useless Service

I was at Ahmed Kathrada hospital on the 4th June 2021 at 15:50. I needed to get a steroid injection administed for my 34 week pregnancy as per my gynea. I had one taken on the 03 June 2021 by the nurses at Fourways Life where my gynae is situated which she then wanted me to administer a second dose on the 4th June. She's advised I may go to my nearest clinic as Fourways would have been to far just to get an injection administed which my gynae didn't think it would have been an issue, I get to reception they mentioned casualty should help the nurses are all lazing around and having a fat chat. I approach one of the nurses of what I needed to do she's mentioned they not allowed to without a doctor's note and was very rude as I could have lost my baby I had a time frame to get the injection. I was stressed out and walked out I called my gynae she was just as upset to hear all this, she then mentioned that she will send me a note via email which when I showed the nurse she rejected that aswell saying now she needs to verbally speak to the doc on the phone, like really! She then mentions I must open a file which i go to do and they tell me they going to charge code rates R250 depends, which is wasting more of my time whereas fourways life charged R20 to open a file! I got so stressed and rather used clicks. Whilst all this was happening my hubby had to stand outside waiting for me only for him to see an Indian lady with her husband in a wheelchair looking as if he wasn't going to make it, she mentioned to the nurse that her husband collapsed and had a seizure at home and whilst there he was shaking and getting fits screaming for help only for the lady to pick her hubby up from the wheelchair all by herself whilst the nurses watched , the nurse says sorry we can't help you and seemed like a code red case. Imagine! So by me being at risk of loosing my baby and by that uncle at risk of loosing his life means nothing to them! While I'm inside they were all walking around having a chat. Pathetic disgusting service by casualty Ahmed Kathrada. No wonder alot of people says that wants you is this hospital you as good as dead!
