Pathetic and Poor service !!!!

Terrible service and communication by all staff and doctors who treated my dad , more especially Dr.F.Amod. Her service and help was pathetic , whereas my family and I had to keep following up with her on feedback on how my dad was doing. Not once did she contact my family or give us any information or guidance on what was wrong with my dad. Sadly , my dad passed on whilst in her care in Shifa Hospital , after she gave us the assurance that he is doing well !!! To date she has not contacted any of my family and advised us on what happened , no even a sympathy call !!!!
