paediatric ward

Lenmed Randfontein Private hospital has the worst service in the paediatrician ward. most of the nurses on both the day and night shift have an attitued. my daughter was reffered for an admittion due to health complication and the serice recieved from the nurses was terrible!!!! We get treated as if we are in a goverment hospital. I can even bet that goverment hospitals are getting better now. We asked for a sleeper couch and we were shut down immediately by being told that there are no other sleeping couches avaialbe and that the mother of the child should sleep on a Lazyboy couch. When you try to raise your concerns , they ask you if they should "call the night shift manager to come explaint to you?" what happened to talking to people and make them understand?? we not here because we like to be here, we are here because our children are sick!!! This is our last visit to this hospital as you never get treated fairly.

The only depratment with great customer service is the admistration desk, they do a great job in getting you admitted.
