Our baby died becausw of neglegence in this hospital

On the 18 June I took my wife Lenmend Randfontein for delivery. Shotly after we arrived she had induced labour every went well until the night came.

She was never attended to as required, she would ring the bell but the nurse would not attend to her at times the nurse would yell at her, calling her a worse patient when asking the nurse to rather speak English as my does not understand Sotho, the nurse would constantly explain in Sotho,, asking my wife why could not understand Sotho.

She asked the nurse to help her as she was getting very weak, her body was weak, she could not move the lower part of her body but the nurse did not attend to her.

At 4:40 in the morning she called me to call the doctor. It was after I called the docto did the nurse attend to her taking her to delivery room, she was too weak push yet they kept her there, Then our baby died, on the report as a cause of death they wrote prolong second stage of labour, poor mammal effort and failed assisted delivery.

Were all procedures followed correctly Why I had to call be they could take my wife to delivery ward?
