Nu Shifa Hospital

My family and I were treated with so much of disrespect tonight by the Dragon Security guard Thobile in charge of the ICU ward. Being our 3rd day visiting the ward the same guard continued to show my family disrespect. She claimed that she wants us to leave because we were making so much of noise when the entire floor was filled with guests. There was still enough time to see the patient but the guard said we must go now. Her words, " You have 30 seconds. Don't be late. I would give you 15 minutes but I want url to leave. Too much noise you making." She called us out and embarrassed my family in front of everyone outside that ward. Is this the kind of people that Shifa Hospital employs? Vicitimizing us? Families going through enough on their own don't need to be treated like dirt. Management needs to step in because we don't appreciate being chased away like dogs.
