Not truthful,unprofessional

Worse experience i never thought i will face,I was admitted they said Gems did authorised.3 months after being discharged got a call saying i owe them my medical aid didn’t approve,still shock because they said they won’t admit me if medical aid did not authorised and i keep telling then if my medical aid did not approve i rather go to Public hospital.They **** to me because they knew if they admit me i will owe them and pay cash since i am still young and only member.

They said they giving me 6months to pay if i don’t i will face the consequences.Feeling ****med,manipulated,misled.

Hospital not truthful to me.
