No diagnosis, no formal treatment just panado.

I am completely dissatisfied of the service I received at Daxina medical clinic on the afternoon of the 12th November 2022. My 19th month old was not well and we went to casualty seeing that he needs medical attention and that its a nearby hospital. My son being very scared of doctors and nurses immediately started crying as soon as we arrived. He fought with the nurses and doctor and was inconsolable. I told doctor and nurse on duty the symptoms the baby has. They battled trying to get my son drip in and take some blood tests as he was refusing. They finally felt the battle is lost and sent us home with just a panado and a script of medication. Now my question is, how on earth will I at home cope with a sickly child that requires medical attention? I feel more could have been done, maybe sedate him and check what is really wrong with the child? When I ask for a diagnosis, the doctor nor the nurse I not telling me anything concrete. If I could rate a service zero, I definitely would. I can't believe I left home to go receive a suppository and panado (both those things I have at home and had already tried them). I was told I will be called for blood results and no call till now. Sure they were happy to see me and my very difficult baby go. Also. Baby hasn't eaten for 2 days but I was told not to worry as long as he is taking his bottle which is okay.
