Never ever go there!

My son was suffering from Tonsils and rushed him to this hospital as he had a high temp and was struggling to breathe. The process was that we open the file first, understood.. but can you at least give my kids something for the fever so that his temperature! I requested that the nurse give my son something and she said they have to wait for the file. I have been through this process with my kids before and other hospitals I have been to give the fever meds whether or not the file is ready. I mean it's URGENT!! ITS A CHILD! Files can take long, so what their actions mean is actually - is they don't give damn!
