Negligence of medical attention to a 2-year-old

My 2-year-old baby was admitted to Lenmed Shifa Hospital on 27th of February 2016 at around 17:00. So at the paediatric ward we expected the baby to receive medical attention from a paediatrician. The baby stayed the night (crying) without seeing any paediatrician. For more than 24 hours the baby was not examined by a paediatrician. Until (28 February 2016 20:30) the paediatrician arrives to examine the child. I need to know why my child was neglected? Someone has to account to this negligence. Or is this how you treat your patients? How is the hospital going to rectify this mistake so that it never happens again? I will also be initiating legal actions against this behavior. I nearly lost my child because of this.
