Negligence and Profit-Driven Care

I am deeply saddened to share this review, not just because my mother passed away in this hospital that morning, but because of the unacceptable care she received leading up to her death. My mother was diabetic, and our primary reason for seeking medical help was to stabilize her insulin levels. Upon arrival, we conducted blood tests and were assured there was nothing alarming. Despite this reassurance, the doctor insisted on admitting her for further testing.

While waiting for the results, my mother began complaining of pain. Shockingly, the nursing staff and doctor were inattentive, seemingly more interested in resting than attending to her needs. They took their time responding to her distress, which worsened as she began struggling to breathe. It was only then that the staff seemed to realize the gravity of the situation.

The doctor administered medication, but both my mother and the attending nurse questioned whether it was the right course of action. Despite their concerns, the doctor confidently proceeded. Unfortunately, it was too late.

For anyone considering coming to this hospital, be aware that its main priority seems to be monetary gain, with patient care coming in a distant second.
