the employers are treating the staff badly in randfontein maternity and nnicu.staff are very unhappy.headoffice need to intervene.manager ntoaleng mazini is treating her staff members according to how much she likes them and she is involved in gossipng.she is not fair she doesnt give people fair chances on promotion.she motivated the promotion of agnes nyamande to nnicu manager yet the mentioned person was reported by one of the doctors for neglegence when a microprem died while she was nursing baby tsitsi who died no investigation was done and many other babies died in nnicu on the RN NYAMANDE shift or reportback given to the doctor yet she is promoted to unit manager of pediatric ward and nnicu.sister nyamande is known for working 24hour shifts in nnicu or going to work in other hospitals like tsepho themba and wilgeheuwel.even while she is employed as acting um she is still working her 8hour shift and go on to work in orher hospitals night shift .the hospital manager talks to staff members like they are her ****s speaks to them with no respect
