Most toxic work place

Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada private hospital is the most toxic work place to work in. Manco is ******* and will do nothing to help you. HR is even lying to cover up all the wrong doing. You will not be assisted by them! They use the processes only to benefit their agenda. Do not think that you as an employee are one bit important to them. They rather turn the bind eye to everything that is wrong not to even mention the Exco team. They gover up everything!!!!!! You can report the bullying and ************ to them, and they will warn you, that should you follow a grievance process, your life will become extremely difficult. They have people in management position with no leadership skills!!!!. Lower management is only puppets for the Manco team. They don't care one bit for their staff. They will break you until nothing is left of you! It is the worst company to work for, and definitely the worst hospital to work for!!!!!!
