Lenmed Wilmed the "bring your alcohol hospital"

LENMED WILMED HOSPITAL - NEW PRIVATE HOSPITAL WITH LOWER THAN GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL SERVICE. My mother was admitted to Lenmed Wilmed for the second time in a month, and the service just gets worse every time. The first time the nurses answered their private phones while treating my mother, the meds and info was not given correctly to her, because she doesn't understand the native language the staff speak. The aircon in the room were broken, and never fixed during a heatwave. And we saw visitors bringing in alcohol to patients, we told the nursing staff and they didn't do anything. Coming to her latest admission, on 20/03, when I phoned after 10pm to find out if she has been stabilised, I was told to phone in the morning (after her vitals was terrible and the Dr's was very worried). Once again the aircons is not working, and patients have to take their own fans. And to top this all, when I went into the visitor bathrooms, there was an empty beer can in the toilet stall. Wilmed used to be THE hospital in Klerksdorp, now it's the one to avoid at all cost.
