LENMED RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST "STELLA MOSOMELA"

Dealt with a receptionist by the name of STELLA MOSOMELA who was highly rude and unprofessional towards me. STELLA did not give me an opportunity to explain my reason for the call and she even had the audacity to drop my call on three occasions. As professional Financial Advisor trying to help my client with her medical reports from the LEN MED Lenesia hospital I did not find any satisfaction in dealing with this matter and when I asked for her Line manager she was very quick and rude to say "Her manager is not in and refused to give me an email address to lay my complaint"
