Lenmed Randfontein Hospital Bad Treatment

Very bad experience at Lenmed Randfontein private hospital, I called them around 18h47 to arrange for a transfer of my baby from leratong hospital to Lenmed Randfontein and the service we got from casualty was not satisfactory, they were very rude and told us that there is no beds, they don't allow babies from other hospitals, that are less than 3 months, we were put from one person to the other up until we actually went to the hospital at 21h50 to hear their story, but still no help. They said its matter of a doctor in leratong and their doctor. I phoned doctor in leratong in their presence but refuse to speak to her I then put phone on loudspeaker then doctor in leratong explained that she phoned and spoke to the doctor and their doctor said I have to go to them with proof of medical aid then I showed the matron then she said I better come in the morning as they have to confirm with medical aid, I then showed her reference number from medical aid for pre authorisation but she still insisted that I come in the morning. I said to her I will rather pay in cash then they said it's R140, 000 then I said It's fine I will pay she refuse and say I must come in the morning. I left there around 23h30 not being helped
