Lenmed Randfontein Hospital

I am very dissatisfied with the service. As I was admitted on 9th and only saw the dr Borotho once for 10 minutes. And never saw her again saying she was busy. She did not come check on me and she did not even give any information regarding the blood tests that were taken. I was even sent home without seeing her and I spent 3 days just waiting for her? What was the whole point of me being there as the hospital was just claiming from my medical aid for the admission. I left with no notes no medical certificates and now I have to run after her to get information as I was told to call her the next day, what if I don’t even get to hear from her or get hold of her???
