Lenmed Randfontein deserves less than 0 stars!

I had a bad feeling about taking my mom to this hospital last year! I really should have trusted my gut.

There are soooo many things that contributed to my heartache and depression concerning the terrible service we got from this hospital … but I’ll focus on one that is a big hindrance to us concluding my late mom’s final administration.

I requested my mom’s hospital admission file months ago, to claim from her life insurance policy. Months later, I have received nothing. The insurer can’t complete the claim assessment with outstanding documentation.

All I get are sorry excuses about how they can’t find the file. And frankly, this is not my problem. I don’t care how you find it. I need it !

Mom said the hospital was the worst ever before she died and I agree . I’ve experienced nothing like it before. *********** staff! Continuous covering up of the appalling service they give! But no real health care!
