Lenmed Randfontein bad service (paediatric ward)

They deserve no star rating at all, my child was admitted at Randfontein Lenmed private hospital on Tuesday morning from 10 they could not inset a drip on him as they could not find veins, he was *****ed several times, then referred to paediatric ward for vein finder the worst of them all, they said a vein was found an the drip inserted wrongly for the whole day however the drip inside was not moving for the whole day till midnight when one of the night staff noticed that something was wrong, they then took my child for another 45 minutes just to get it right, only then the drip was finally moving

They took blood samples from my 2 year old son to check what might be wrong with him till today upon discharge no result was ever explained to us, asked the doctor about it yesterday which was Thursday he said no result yet (shocking)they did an Xray which was never explained at all.

Ward treatment the worst, no ward tour, no remote for the TV nor the bed itself, was offered a broken couch for me to sleep in which I refused, they did not change the bed daily you had to request and still they would tell you they are busy, no lined saver it was absolutely a mess there as my son was suffering from diarrhoea and vomiting.

After I complained to them about the service only then one of the ladies offered a ward tour to show me where the bathrooms were, the kitchen and even showed me where to throw baby diapers, they would then come and asked if they can do the bedding, the food was horrible more especially for the lil one due to his condition, no soft food, solids

Yhoo I have never seen such I am so much disappointed 😔
