Lenmed Prison Hospital Where Loved ones cannot be visited even if the rules says yes

DO NOT USE THIS ILL RUN HOSPITAL My wife went in for surgery the day before reconciliation day On reconciliation day my son and I took her some food and a change of clothing at visiting hours (15H00) upon arrival at the covid screening we were told that no visitors were allowed I was presented with a letter where in pint four of this letter it clearly stated that older patients in surgical ward will be allowed on visitor for 15 minutes The rude covid screener who appointed herself gatekeeper proceeded to argue with me when I pointed this out she also stated that she would only allow me to approach reception about this double standard ruling I walked out and approached reception at reception a lady there gave me the same bull story and produced the same letter signed by hospital manager Sagran Sukhessan and when I pointed out rule number four she said that only if patients were critical (how the hell would she know my wifes status when she isnt even a doctor) I then asked for someone else to speak to and she said that client offocers will only be in tomorrow as today was reconciliation day so in other words the buck stopped with her the one who couldnt understand her own rule This is not the first time I have had run ins with this butcher shop Baragwaneth wannabe where PAYING CUSTOMERS are treated like they are in prison Why make rules that You Yourself cant follow Please use another hospital if You love Your Kin and AVOID Lenmed AT ALL COSTS
