LENMED NEVER SENDS ME STATEMENTS

Good Day , I am utterly disgusted in Lenmed as I am the main account holder on my account , I have never received a statement from the Clinic itself to say I owe them amounts the medical aid did not cover , Yes I have received statements from the Dr's offices and those amounts were paid immediately, if I don't receive a statement stating I owe someone money , how is it possible for me to smell or pay the bill??? Then months later I receive a random statement stating I will be summoned if I don't pay the bill? How does that work? This was for a outstanding amount in October apparently I phoned the accounts number who send me that message? Secondly I was admitted during 2016 this year and I physically went to the accounts section to ask them of any outstanding amounts I PAID THE AMOUNTS THEY GAVE ME EXCLUDING THE INTEREST WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY , due to never receiving the statement. I don't like owing anyone money my bank can verify my credit worthiness and how my credit card always has a positive balance with me not owing a cent. This certainly disgusts me. Among other issues LENMED CLINIC is the worst clinic I have being to in terms of service delivery.
