Lenmed La Verna Private Hospital account query ignored

I have this year received two statements from Lenmed La Verna Hospital related to hospital charges incurred on 13.04.2018. The first page sets out the respective charges which were all paid for in full by our medical aid.

The second page on the reverse indicates an amount of R727.90 outstanding, with no details provied. There is no contact number or e-mail address on this statement, just the bank details of the hospital at the bottom of page 2. I phoned the hospital's accounts department and asked what this outstanding amount was for. I was told it was for charges that medical aid did not cover. No further information I asked the lady in the accounts department to e-mail me the particulars of this charge. To date nothing has been forthcoming.

I am not prepared to pay a charge if I don't have the slightest idea what it was for. I am entitled to a detailed invoice which I will then send to my medical aid for corroboration that they at least received this claim. I don't read ICD-10 codes and I don't appreciate this kind of poor service.
