LenMed Kathu - Triage at ER non existent - long waiting for basic lifesaving assistance
Good day, I headed to Kathu LenMed Private hospital with my daughter on 3 September 2024. Upon arrival at the ER - we waited more than 2hours, even though she was struggling to breath and her chest was wheezing. No triage was done - had to wait in line and be patient. What is expected to get quicker response and medical care when on the displayed triage list - the reaction time should be within 15min? Who should do the triage?
