Lenmed Kathu late medication. Unresponsive staff.

Your Kathu branch does not have any patient care and simply do not care

My father has been admitted yesterday 10/10/2019 at bed A21 Andries Meyer, between 12 & 1 midday.

They are still to fit his bed with the remote to call the nurses with. He is a diabetic. His sugar level was 7.4 the morning and at 11 he still did not receive medication as they have “sent card to the pharmacy.” At 11 am his sugar level was 14. Why do you admit him if you are not going care for him Lenmed kathu is at the same level as government hospitals. The staff are *********** as I laid there 2 months ago and they almost gave me another patients medication. I raised it in my review and I am still to hear from them! ***
