Lenmed Kathu

My Mother was admitted at Lenmed Kathu on Saturday night 20 May 2023. the rooms they are in are cleaned once every two days. The food trays that they get for lunch at 12 o'clock are still sitting in the room at 17:00 in the afternoons. The coffee and tea that they are suppose to get only gets to the rooms maybe at 23:00 at night if they are lucky and the medications that they need to drink and take around 20:00 they also only get around 23:00. But in the mornings around 04:00 they want the rush the patients to get everything they need before the doctors come so that it looks like they did there work. There is a kid also laying in the same room. That came out of leg surgery at around 17:10 and she has not gotten any attention from any of the staff working there she has used her buzzer 5 times. My mother had to get out of bed to assist her and find out if she is ok. This is extremely poor service you get charged a lot of money on you medical aid just to be left alone and have no service. I have also read the other complains about the same hospital and it is only getting worse. Is Lenmed going to do something about the hospitals state or are they happy with this time of service.
