Lenmed hospital professor BD Goolaab

I find it absolutely shocking that I have to call Professor Goolaab's offices for a period of over 2 weeks to get an appointment or for someone to answer the phone at both his offices. Its either that the phones just ring or are taken off the hook. His staff are so useless that they can't even collect money owed to them. You need new staff Professor as you are losing money owed to you.
