LENMED HOSPITAL LENASIA BAD DISGUSTING SERVICE

Lenmed Hospital Lenasia, My Sister has been there in February and has had the worst service, They told her they had no tractions and that she had to buy her own tractions, oh my word, what kind of a Private hospital would recommend that, i have not heard of something like that, informing a sick patient to buy her own tractions, she was so fed up with the POOR service from that hospital that she advised her doctor and asked to be discharged, now the food especially, toasted cheese all the time, when she advised them that she is lactose, How Pathetic, how can she be paying so much to a medical aid for a private hospital with such bad service. Well she was admitted on Friday, when she got there, no beds, she had to wait awhile, then was given a room only to find out the room was so dirty, dirty cotton wool and tissue lying on the floor, the syringe casing lying around, the tv not working, OMG that is totally unacceptable especially in this Covid times we facing with exposed syringes, dirty cotton wool, where is the hygiene in a private facility, where is the sanitizing, that is disgusting. Then she was moved to another room where once again she sanitized her own room. How disgusting is this. Now comes the best part, they gave her toasted cheese, again she had no choice to eat it, then she advised them that she does not eat any meat on Fridays only fish or veg, the lady told her there was no vegetarian dishes and said she had to eat toasted cheese again, then she said for supper they would give her veg biryani. OMG they **** about it. no food past 5, then past 6, then again toasted cheese, oh no, she had no choice but to eat it she was already starving, they cooked veg biryani and served her past 7, the biryani was so unappetizing with millions of seeds that she could not even eat and a salad which was drenched with salad dressing soaked up lettuce, the unappetizing meal was just left aside, The toasted cheese was the only meals she had to eat at the hospital. She had strong meds and had to eat a descent meal because ulcers started kicking in which they gave her ulcer meds, however there was no proper meal. But what poor service from LENMED HOSPITAL IN LENASIA, I am disgusted with the service at LENMED HOSPITAL A PRIVATE HOSPITAL. SHOULD YOU WISH TO CONTACTME ..
