Lenmed Group taking my wife's salary without her consent

So my wife resigned from your employment due to personal reasons and to take her salary without even discussing it with her is not in line with the countries constitution and labor law. To top this up, she even worked het full months notice. Your so called legal learnership payback agreement is not so legal and you just took my wife's salary, now we have financial stress and my vehicle will be repossessed as a result of this. CCMA case is in process but until then, we are suffering financially and bringing even more hardship now than when she worked for your company. Poor management and HR processes led to my wife resigning and to take her salary is just another example of poor management and HR processes, you don't even understand the learnership/study payback agreement and didn't discuss it at all with my wife. Your company is making our family to go through extreme stress and hardship, extremely unprofessional!!!!!!

By the way the agreement states that the payback period starts when the course are complete, the course was completed 31 May 2024 and you took my wife's salary on the 25th of May so you did not adhere to the contracts terms and conditions as set out in the agreement.
