LENMED EXHAUSTING MY MEDICAL AID FUND

on the 31st my daughter was rushed to Ahmed Kathrada...whilst she was being attanded to the receptionist took all my details to obtain authorisation...my daughter was admitted that night ...now i find that all the treatment for the 31st and 1st is taken from my savings whilst authorisation was given and this was supposed to form part of my in hospital stay charges...my medical aid is exhausted and my kids require urgent treatment...your call centre has informed me that i would need to call every department that billed me from my savings to resolve this...i dont have airtime to do this and i feel since this is the hospital that sent my daughter for all these different tests they need to sort this out ...please assist as i need to access my savings urgently
