Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada Private Hospital

I am extremely disappointed with the way this hospital handles patient concerns. I have repeatedly raised complaints regarding one of the doctors, yet my concerns have been ignored and not properly acknowledged.

A hospital should prioritize patient care, listen to feedback, and address legitimate complaints professionally. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. There seems to be very little concern for patients’ wellbeing, while financial interests appear to take priority over quality care and accountability.

Patients place their trust in healthcare professionals and deserve to be treated with respect and compassion. I hope the hospital management takes complaints seriously in the future and works towards improving patient care and communication.

This hospital overall should be investigated.
