LA Verna Ladysmith KZN Pathetic and Poor service with disregard for human life

Lenmed La Verna in Ladysmith KZN always not up to standard, I have been a patient there for over a decade and but these past few years have been scary and alarming ,there is always some issue.I have been on their website and asked to see the hospital manager but they keep making excuses that they are not there.The kitchen staff is pathetic they have messed up my orders and that of my family's on numerous occasions bringing wrong orders and food floating in oil.The nursing staff got away with a life threatening procedure that supposed to be performed on me as they did not follow through.My family and I go for serious surgeries yet the nursing staff there feel like they doing us a free service.There is blatant abuse of power as La Verna is the only private hospital in Ladysmith KZN and thus the total disregard for the well being of the patient.Nurse Seema was previously informed of the medical malpractice of the nurses and Miss Rani of the kitchen was informed of the pathetic service by the kitchen staff.I will record dates names and times as I previously did.People need to speak up and use this platform hellopeter as the patients lives in the hands of staff at LA Verna Ladysmith KZN is at risk.
