I've been an oncology patient at lenmed since 2020

I've been an oncology patient at lenmed since 2020. Everything went well with the service until last year where the service became really terrible. There is no communication from them to come for bloods and collect my medication. I am the patient yet every single month I have to all and email them and still they don't respond to my emails nor my calls. My medication that I'm taking is never on time it's sometimes 2 to 3 weeks late. My health is in jeopardy as they just don't care and is nonchalant about anything, nothing is urgent or important to them. Honestly I think government hospital is better than private hospital.
