Incorrect information given to medical aid now claims are bieng rejected

My mother was sent to the hospital to be admitted immediately as her sugar levels and her pressure levels were so high that she needed to go the the hospital immediately on 14 June, she got a letter from the clinic to be admitted to the hospital which she took to Lenmed hospital in Randfontein, she presented them with the letter and they sent an authorisation request to Bonitas medical aid stating she must be admitted due to a headache, goodness the letter clearly said that her sugar and pressure levels were high and they go and tell the medical aid it’s a headache, she got treated in hospital for sugar and now has to be on insulan, but the medical aid is rejecting all the hospital claims as the authorisation has not been approved due to the medical aid saying Insufficient clinical information, I called the hospital and spoke to a Hasina that said she would call me back but has not, all the claims are bieng rejected because of this authorisation not been approved due to the front admin desk submitting it as that she has a headache
