hospital from hell

my husband is admitted at lenmed Randfontein medical ward , the service is poor , government hospitals are way better than them, 1. they are so slow 2. they attend to him when they want to 3. my biggest issue is that the doctor instructed the nurses to give him medication to stop the diarrhoea, he was told that the medicine is unavailable, the doctor didn't even come today to check on him that's when you realises that people are dying at the hospital because of negligence

now they are telling him that if it doesn't stop he will be transferred to the specialist,

the level of their negligence is on another level why shoul he be transfered to the specialist , when they didnt even try?
