Horrible service shifa hospital Durban Dr Gangat & Shubnum
Absolutely ********** disgusting and pathetic service from Dr GANGAT AND RECEPTIONIST SHUBNUM at lenmed shifa hospital in randles road overport Durban!!! Took them a month to give me a referral letter for an ultrasound I needed to get done. Has taken them over 10 days again to get a quote for a procedure I require which other doctors gave me in 2 days and WITHOUT any consult yet I've consulted Dr Gangat this year. Totally unprofessional and inefficient service from the above mentioned.

07 Dec 2021, 13:29Still NOBODY from lenmed shifa hospital in Durban has had the damn decency to call me back and resolve my issue. I've been dealing with Shubnum at Dr Gangats room & she and Dr Gangat ARE USELESS!!! Lucy , Zaheera and a Mrs Rashid haven't bothered to call me back either to resolve. I've RECEIVED a quote in bits n pieces which i need clarity on I have questions which nobody gives a damn about!!!
