Horrible hospital Nu Shifa

My son had a seizure and had to be rushed to trauma unit at Nu Shifa. The reception staff are extremely unprofessional and have zero empathy. They literally followed me around harassing me for details and for payment while I was still shaking in fear for what was happening with my 4 year old. I was told my medical aid is not accepted yet a colleague of mine gave birth at the same hospital on the same plan and medical aid 2months prior. I had no cash on me the receptionist continued to hound me for payment while I awaited feedback on my son's condition and after I explained I have no cash and that they can bill me accordingly. Terrible services wouldn't recommend this place to anyone rather die on the streets.
