Health harzard

The hospital is under construction while Drs are consulting and the PAs and the patients are sitting in the dusty noisy place. Clearly the hospital manager doesn't care about the people's health, what is the right procedure . I thought the Drs should be informed of the construction so that patients are being rescheduled or can't all be done on weekends
