Failing patiences

My name is Mfaniseni Hlapho a T5 paraplegic. From Feb 2018 to July 2019 I was treated by Dr E S Phiri from Lanmed private hospital after I had developed a pressure sore on my left leg upper abdomen. Problem started when I asked the doctor to do a progress medical report for December 2019 to Jan 2020 to file to my insurer( Alexander Forbes). As this is a UI3 matter a progress report is crucial for me to continue getting my salary. After speaking with his P.A I was alarmed to find out the doctor gave a reason of “he does not have to do it" as he was the one treating me for the whole year. I now find myself being rejected by other doctors all sending me to the one who was treating me and worse not receiving any benefits from my insurer because of insufficient documents. Please assist!!
