Extremely poor service

I ajve seen hospitals in my life and I must say that Lenmed Kathu hospital is probably worse than Baragwanath. It provides the ultimate worse service from reception towards. Nurses sit and chat while a patient rings the red button for attention. Nurses have no sense or urgency. I went to the emergency rooms taking a patient and the male nurse we found there was almost as if he was not interested in the patient. No movement what so ever. At the ward it was just worse. Over a number of days the patient was just complaining and begging us to take her to a different hospital. After asking questions around, I found that the main problem is with the Senior management hence the hospital does not have many Nurses and depends on Nurses that come in for extra cash. It is said the management is terrible so nobody cares about any patient. The biggest priority is payment and that is all. This hospital needs a new management and new nurses, period.
