Excellent customer services

Dr Lalla's receptionist Nicole Paul is by far the best receptionist i have come across in a long time. She is passionate about her job and it shows in how she interacts with patients, As a Quality manager, we have high standards for customer services and Nicole surpasses it. I wish there were more receptionist like her in South Africa and not just in the medical field. Keep up the great work Nicole, you have a great future in customer services.
