Ethekwini hospital pharmacy

I was injured at work and I was taken to Ethekwini Hospital, everything went well until I went to the pharmacy, I had a very bad experience with the pharmacy, the medication that was given to me were halved by the pharmacist, I was suppose to get 30 tablets and she gave 10 tablets, instead of 40 tablets she issued 30. It is written in the cover how many tablets are in the packet. She put the medication in the packet and I only realised when I got home. I couldn't go back because I was in pain. I am wondering what type of pharmacist that *****s from the patients.
