Ethekweni hospital : morals or work ethics

In 2017 I went to lenmeds ethekweni hospitals casualty for a pain in back for the second time. First time they couldn't find the problem. I was then admitted cause the pain was extremely bad and for future tests. I was informed by staff members that medical aid had approved the authorisation. The specialist kept me in hospital for 8 days which i was unpaid from work,most of the days I spent doing nothing in hospital. He had a physio come see me everyday which was understandable. As far as MRI of my brain,scans,heart monitors,numerous blood tests,referred to other specialist. Anyway I'm not a doctor so I dont understand his reasons for doing all of that. After the 8 days the problem in my back is not solved,I'm still in extreme pain. After a few months I get Bill's from the hospital,Lancet,neurosurgeon,physio,radiologist and so on. I was **** to that authorisation was approved,I contacted medical aid and found that they never had authorisation and that they have requested it numerous times from them. After having a meeting with the hospital manager,he wrote the hospital bill off,obviously cause he saw that they were wrong. After a few I still was being contacted from the other guys like neurosurgeon ,physio and so on. Apparently the hospital isn't paying for that,that is my problem. Discovery still requested reasons for my 8 day stay from the admitting doctor,which he cant give cause obviously he doesn't know himself,he actually went away for the weekend while I was in hospital,I had to wait for him to come back. Please becareful when thinking about going to ethekweni hospital. I was not a patient there,I was a customer to money hungry people who dont care about your health. I noticed they have no morals or work ethics. Up till today,almost the end of 2019 from june 2017 it hasn't been sort and that doctor is not interested. I'm being threatened to be taken up to attorneys if I dont make payment. They just love medical aid. What's makes me more angry is that the problem in my back has not been sorted out and its getting worse,I could become paralyzed. Please becareful at that hospital,now I'm stuck with numerous Bill's and extreme pain and they are smiling.
