Dear Ethekwini Hospital and Heart Centre Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care provided during our visit on Thursday, October 3, 2024, around 19:45.

From the moment we arrived, the security staff guided us promptly to the emergency room, and the nurse was quick to take my daughter’s vitals with kindness and professionalism. I would like to extend a special thanks to Emmanuel Sibiya and Dr. Chetty for their exceptional service and warm approach. They made a stressful situation much easier for us.

Emmanuel, in particular, was wonderful in answering my daughter's many questions about the monitors and equipment in the room, which helped ease her fears.

My fiancé and I are extremely pleased with the care we received and will definitely recommend your hospital to others. I’m happy to report that my daughter is doing much better!
