Duplicate of claims

This is the 2nd time I'm complaining about claims. Jan 2025 my son was admitted and I was admitted in Feb both in Ahmed Kathrada Private hospital in lenasia. Since then I'm getting letters of demand from ER consulting stating that I'm owing them R4040 for both my son and I. I enquired with my medical aid and I was notified that it's a duplicate as that claim was already processed. This is absolutely unacceptable since now I'm being told legal action will be taken against me for the same issue caused by the hospital for the 2nd time in two consecutive years. If lenmed is planning on being rich at the expense of people's financial freedom they should let us know. Because this isn't for the first time I've decided to escalate the matter not only legal but also I've contacted media houses and shared with them proof of what I've been experiencing with Lenmed system. It is high time we get to the bottom of what exactly is going on with this hospital. Also I'm not expecting anyone to call me and apologise I don't play with my finances especially when it's done for the 2nd time. The legal team and media will expose what exactly is going on.
