Dr with no bad attitude and no compassion
I experienced bad Service at Ahmed Karthrada Private Hospital Casualty ward especially with Dr Kankolongo that was stitching me up. He doesn’t communicate with the patient before doing anything. He does as he pleases then walks away. I drive for a living, He then refused to book me off because “he couldn’t justify it”. Meanwhile I explained to him that I drive a manual vehicle and drive all day everyday to see customers. I was even picked up from the hospital aai couldn’t even drive myself there. He didn’t even care, he just told me that I can drive. Right now I’m home with a swollen hand and went to my GP he booked me off because I’m in no position to drive as I’ve hurt the nerve on my hand and soft tissues. We pay a lot of money for medical aid so that we can be treated like trash at private hospitals.
