Disgusting service

On 25 October my daughter had to attend her 9th surgery and I needed to get something from the cafeteria, a coffee, hot chocolate and possibly a ****in. The ****ins did not look appetizing so I told the lady at the seeet desk that I do not want a ****in and she rang up the rest of my items. On th slip it reflected the ****in and she shouted that is the first thing I ordered from here, I said it was not and she argued with me and I said she cannot treat me like this cancel it and she looked for the manager and could not find him. She did not apologize for being rude and wanted to deal with the next customer instead of trying to rectifying the situation with me and I pushed the items purchased back at her and went to the other cash desk to get the manager to cancel the entire sale. The manager eventually came forward and cancelled the sale and refused to give me details as to where I can issue my complaint formally. My husband and I always support the cafe but the bad attitude and lack of customer service is disgusting, I will never go there again!
