Disgusted - No Follow up from Time Discharge

No Issues with the Hospital , But this one Doctor , Shew -- Dr Neermala Dasi

Absolutely Shocking after care service . No compassion to her patient . Sent an email on the 04/02/2025 and up to date no response or call to reschedule a follow up after being discharge from hospital. Did not even refer us to another Neuro Surgeon while she went for Knee Surgery .See below email sent . I would not refer anyone to this Doctor.

With regards to my Wife Mrs Rani Mari , She has been suffering with Headaches , Pulse fluctuating and feeling Heat from her Brain 2 to 3 times a day . She has even started taking the Synaleve for the Headaches . We have been looking forward to the Appointment on Friday to know Exactly what is going and she has a lot of Questions which she wanted to ask you . Your receptionist called me to Cancel the Appointment for a further 2 weeks as you are going for a Knee Operation . I do understand that this was unforeseen , but we need to know what is going on with Mrs Mari as we cannot be put in the 3rd Situation where she blacks out and stops breathing again . Please call me as matter of urgency and advise on a way forward .

Disappointed that she does patient care like running a business instead of Respecting the Oath for Patients well being.
