Disappointing Service. Is this how we treat our Patient? DOH please investigate.

Absolutely disgusting. My brother was admitted to Nu Shifa hospital into s3 covid. Ward. This was supposed to be his diabetic supper (Cant Post Images, can be provided on request) He called for the matron several times and 3 hours later she has still not arrived. They have banned food from being brought in from outside, so they can serve the dogs dinner remains to the covid patients. This is a diabetic patient who now has to go to bed hungry. The med aid needs to investigate this as should DOH. If there are patients who are unable to speak against theses atrocities imagine what they are getting to eat. My brother had no choice but to consume a small amount of the disaster as he is diabetic and cannot afford to have a drop in blood sugar. He now has diahorrea. So much so for five star private Healthcare. I will be taking this up to the highest authorities. Nu shifa is a pathetic example for a private Healthcare facility.
