Disappointing service for private health

This dates back to 01/01/2021, got to the hospital around 1-2 pm

I fell terribly ill and went to Lenmed hospital in Lenasia. I had to be taken to the casualty and I must say it was such a drag. First, one gets sent to that room and closed in without any assistance. I needed the bathroom and there was no one to assist me, bare in mind that I could barely walk and my family isn't allowed inside (COVID-19 protocol). Eventually someone comes there(after I asked my family to alert the hospital that I need to pee) and I make my way to the bathroom all by myself. Then I waited for hours before I could be taken into the casualty. I get taken into the casualties around past 5pm and the nurse asks a few questions but barely helps. The shifts change and I'm still not assisted. Oh I was put into a room that is normally used to store waste (dirty sheets, used syringes, etc). Another nurse eventually comes to see me around 8pm. The doctor only came to check me around 10pm. I was told that if I'm not admitted then we'd be given a letter stating that we were at the hospital (for lockdown curfew) but when I had to leave, I was told that my file would serve as proof since it shows the time I was first checked. I was only advised that I won't be admitted around 11pm and could only leave early morning the next day. Mind you, the only thing that was administered was a drip, given a prescription and some blood tests but that took forever. Moreover the nurse who administered the drip was very careless and blood was dripping. I'm utterly disappointed
